Sometimes, you change your mind.

We want you to love your order and wear it proudly. But there are times when maybe what you ordered was not what you expected. And is okay. We're here to help.

We will gladly accept returns and refunds under the following guidelines:

1. Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days from the ship date.

2. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags still attached if applicable.

3. Intimate apparel is not returnable. All intimate purchases are FINAL SALE.

4. All items from our clearance section are deemed as FINAL SALE.

5. Before returning any items, please contact us to make arrangements.

4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

5. Refunds will ONLY be approved once inspection of product has been received. If item is deemed as not damaged, worn, etc. then a refund will be provided.

6. Prior to a refund being approved, you will be notified via e.mail.

7. Transaction of refund will be executed via PayPal.

8. If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, you have 15 days to advise us.
